Lilu, now recovered from surgery is back to being a pain in the ass! i love it!

She's home! This is one tough pup! Lilu is trying not to put too much weight on her back end so she keeps jacking up her back end and looks like the Grinch's dog, Max.

There's a long road ahead of us all, mostly for her. We have a lot of fattening up to do on this little girl. She's soooo skinny!

She's here! After a long day of waiting around, waiting for the call... a 8 hour ride from North Carolina...she's finally here. Lilu Dallas marched right in an settled in one the ottoman. i think she's found her spot!

She and Taybor are playing very well together. Only one bloody mouth (on Taybor) from snapping at each other.

Poor tired girl is taking a nap now. We separated them since they don't have the sense to stop playing and both of them look ready to pass out.

Pshew! i am tired too! Next step - she needs a bath! She's a stinky little girl! Little? Well, actually she's taller than Taybor and 49 lbs. She's not little at all....what have we gotten ourselves in to?

We got word over the weekend that a dog we've been looking at is available, she's supposed to arrive here from North Carolina on March 4th. Here's a picture of her. i think i'm changing her name to Lilu Dallas.

She's 6 months old, American Bulldog/Terrier mix. She's a real cutie, don't you think? i love her little eye brow! She looks like a serious troublemaker.....

There's nothing left to say. my heart is broken.  

All the front top teeth are adult. There's just the tip of fangs coming in the left. Poor teething baby!
Taybor's nose has also changed colour and is now almost completely black.

This picture is a little dark, makes the boy look very ominous! i love that wrinkle on the top of his nose!

Yes, his paw really is the same size as the palm of my hand - i wasn't kidding! It's much more like a hoof, don't you think?

Ahh, peace on earth, sharing our gifts with each other, just a general feeling of good will...... Now, if the pitbull and the bulldog can do it, how can we Humans do any less?
